    • Find a flat surface such as a firm bed, massage table, or yoga mat
    • Pre-curve your LED device into a "C" shape
    • Attach the stands to each end of the device
    • Place small towels under your head to elevate
    • Position the device over the face, and place the stands outside your ears as shown in the image
